NirvorLife is an intelligent, digital Personal Financial Operating System and productivity software. The platform allows registered users to record daily income and expenditures, organize categories, simulate future savings targets, review analytical reports, and manage family or personal budgets.

3. User Account Registration and Security

To use NirvorLife, you must create a verified account by providing true, accurate, and current information. You agree to:

• Keep your authentication password confidential and prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify Dial Dynamic Ltd. immediately at security@nirvorlife.com if you detect any unauthorized entry or security breach.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activities, data entries, and transactions recorded under your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse NirvorLife or assist any third party in doing so. You expressly agree that you will not:

• Violate any provision of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act 2006, the Cyber Security Act 2023, or any applicable criminal or civil law of Bangladesh.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from the NirvorLife web application or Android APK/AAB package.
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or spiders to access or harvest data without explicit written consent from Dial Dynamic Ltd.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or malicious code that impairs server operations or compromises user data integrity.
• Use NirvorLife for money laundering tracking, illegal financing, fraud, or tax evasion schemes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its user interface designs, logos, software architecture, databases, codebases, and graphical branding, is the exclusive proprietary property of Dial Dynamic Ltd. All rights are strictly reserved. NirvorLife™ and the Dial Dynamic logo are trademarks of Dial Dynamic Ltd. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform strictly for personal or business administrative finance tracking.

6. Subscriptions, Fees and Billing Terms

Certain advanced modules and premium tools within NirvorLife may require an active paid subscription plan. By selecting a paid tier, you agree to the stated pricing, billing schedule, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Dial Dynamic Ltd. reserves the right to alter pricing upon 30 days prior notice to existing subscribers.

7. Termination and Suspension

Dial Dynamic Ltd. reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account access without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activities under Bangladesh legislation, or cause technical harm to the platform's infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability and "As-Is" Warranty

NirvorLife is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted under Bangladesh law:

• Dial Dynamic Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost savings, calculation discrepancies, financial choices, server downtime, or unauthorized account access.
• You remain solely accountable for the accuracy of financial numbers manually inputted into your ledgers.

9. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
